Gordon and I have been working on a little 12 minute piece about a girl who becomes convinced that she might actually be a robot....very excited to be one of five teams creating musical shorts inspired by technology for this upcoming showcase! The other writing teams are Charlie Sohne & Tim Rosser, Kevin Hammonds & Kristin Blair, John Herin & Alden Terry, and Ty Defoe & Tidtaya Sinutoke. This first read was directed by Dev Bondarin, with music direction by Micah Young. Roberta-Bot, our piece, featured Diana Fox, Hector Ortiz, and Vanessa Spica.
Thanks to Barbara Zinn Krieger and Emma Halpern at NYCCT for the opportunity!
