Gordon and I are so excited to be spending the week in the good company of Ben Kamine and Rich Silverstein for a workshop of our new musical, PIED, about the life of Anita Bryant. We'll be working with members of The Flea's resident acting company, the Bats. Look forward to a season full of baking puns from yours truly. STEP ONE: Show up at 11:15pm! Sign up at the door. (Sign up sheet ends at 11:35pm)
STEP TWO: Hang out, grab some drinks, and listen to some great songs by our featured songwriters and more. At some point Joe will call you up to the stage. (If you don't called, just come back next time.)
STEP THREE: Get up on stage, do your ONE song (that is no longer than five minutes) and bask in the glow of the adoring crowd.
Doors open at 11:00! Happy hour from 11:30-12:30. No cover; $20 minimum.
